Five systems built inside my own organisation — not as IT projects, but as answers to problems people lived with every day. Each one turned days of manual work into a few clicks.
The problem: Monthly/annual reports compiled manually — 2-3 days each. Meetings carried stacks of files.
What I did: Proposed a digital dashboard to replace the physical map-with-strings the director asked for. Connected data, real-time updates, auto-generated reports.
The result: 2-3 days of report work → a few clicks. The director MANDATED every unit use it — 'if you don't know how, learn from Zahiruddin'. Led 2 workshop series.
The problem: Field inspection reports on carbonised paper forms. Heavy bags of forms, day-long compiling.
What I did: Built end-to-end digital system: Google Form intake, auto-generated reports, auto-email. Zero cost.
The result: Report turnaround from 1-2 days → minutes. Real-time data, zero manual compiling.
The problem: Manual dengue survey across all UiTM buildings; reports compiled by hand.
What I did: Extended the same form-to-report pattern for the D'Buster Team — beyond my own department.
The result: Automated surveys and reports, real-time data, adopted beyond the unit.
The problem: Multiple digital systems — the team had to memorise many URLs.
What I did: One linktree-style hub: submit forms, view reports, open dashboards — all from one URL.
The result: Team remembers ONE domain. Adoption thinking, not just building.
The problem: Unit had no web presence of its own.
What I did: Built the unit website mirroring UiTM's official design standards.
The result: Became the official unit website — the only unit at UiTM Health Centre with its own site on the official domain.
Pre-hospital emergency services provider (oil & gas sector). Premium corporate site, Cloudflare Pages, SEO-optimised.
Photoshop since 2008 (age 11), Illustrator & Canva since 2021. Sold RM12K+ worth of jerseys to KKM students & workforce.
